Led development of mLabLLM — a fine-tuned LLaMA 3.2 model achieving 82.8% Top-3
accuracy for Dengue, Malaria, and Chikungunya diagnosis. Integrates Bayesian reasoning with LoRA and
pruning for real-time, low-cost clinical support in resource-scarce settings.
A Web-Based Mpox Skin Lesion Detection System Considering Racial Diversity
Created MSLD v2.0 with diverse skin tones to combat racial bias. Benchmarked ResNet50
via transfer learning from HAM10000. Prototype web app for inclusive, rapid mpox screening during the
global outbreak.
Monkeypox Skin Lesion Detection Using Deep Learning Models: A Feasibility Study
Curated the initial MSLD dataset and evaluated pre-trained models reaching ~82.96%
accuracy in distinguishing mpox from similar diseases. Foundational work enabling AI-assisted surveillance
when PCR testing is unavailable.
BUET Multi-Disease Heart Sound Dataset: A Comprehensive Auscultation Dataset
Co-developed BMD-HS with 864 multi-label heart sound recordings for complex valvular
diseases. Bridges traditional auscultation with AI diagnostics to enhance accuracy and reduce clinician
subjectivity.
